From the East
Three cheers for V.W.Bro. Neil Walker and
W.Bro;. Laurie Dirks for getting our educational sessions
going! Is it symbolic of increased activity and
interest in our Lodge? I hope so. Welcome
aboard, to our new Honorary Life Member, Rt.W.Bro. John
Cameron. Time remaining in my governance is fast
slipping away and the goals I hoped to achieve are not yet
finalized. I have received a few responses to "Where
are we now". Please send more of them. At our
February 6th, 2010 rehearsal for the second degree February
11th, bring the newest assignment of our strengths and
weaknesses and your suggestions for three and five year
goals. This is a priority of mine to be competed by
June. Anticipate an increase in dues, change in supper
time and more Carstairs activities. God willing we
will have a budget to consider. Now is time to wish
Rt.W.Bro. Vic Ramsbottom success in finding solutions to his
health problems. He has been a stalwart member of our
Lodge.. Above all continue to value our Lodge for its
Brethren and fellowship. Who should receive a
Valentine?
Arnold R. Murray
Worshipful Master.
