Step up Night
went very well, I thought, and that is a sign of things to
come, which means that Carstairs Lodge #20 is in good hands
for the incoming year.
May, will be the
election of Officers for the 2008/2009 year. All
nominations forms, if you decide to run for one of the
elected offices, must be on the Secretary's desk before the
meeting starts, with the exception of the Tyler who will be
nominated, and elected, from the floor of the lodge.
June will be the
installation of the Worshipful Master and investiture of
Officers. I hope all those who are taking part will
have their work well rehearsed and ready for the
installation that evening. PLEASE NOTE; The
installation will be a week later this year (June 19th) due
to the Grand Lodge being held on the same weekend in
Lethbridge at the Lodge Hotel.
Spring is in the
air and I hope everyone is enjoying it and getting ready for
summer.
